DeliveryDash is an endless arcade delivery-rider dodger game with global leaderboards, daily missions, and in-app purchases, developed by BanglaPixel.

By using DeliveryDash, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

If you choose to sign in with Google, DeliveryDash collects and stores the following information to enable cross-device progress sync and leaderboards:

• Your Google account name and profile photo
• A unique in-game player ID
• Country and city (used for regional leaderboards, either detected automatically or entered by you)
• Best score, total runs, total deliveries, and coin/gem balance

Without signing in, DeliveryDash stores your best score, coins, and settings locally on your device only, and this data is not synced or shared.

2. Leaderboards and Public Data

If you sign in, your player name/ID, country/city, and scores may be visible to other players through the in-game leaderboards (weekly, monthly, and all-time, at city/country/world scope). Please do not include personal information in your display name that you do not want visible to other players.

3. Advertising and AdMob

DeliveryDash uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements inside the app. Google AdMob may automatically collect certain technical and device-related information, including:

• Advertising ID
• Device type and operating system
• Approximate location derived from IP address
• App interaction data
• Diagnostics and crash information
• Performance and analytics data

This information may be used by Google for personalized or non-personalized advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.

4. In-App Purchases

DeliveryDash offers optional in-app purchases (such as coin/gem packs, premium bike skins, value bundles, and an ad-removal option) processed entirely through Google Play's in-app billing system. DeliveryDash does not collect, see, or store your payment card details, bank information, or other financial credentials — all payment processing is handled directly by Google Play.

5. Firebase and Google Services

DeliveryDash uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to support sign-in and leaderboard/profile data storage, and uses Firebase Cloud Functions to verify in-app purchases via the Google Play Developer API. It may also use additional Firebase SDKs for app stability, analytics, and service improvements.

6. Local Data Storage

Game settings, coin/gem balance, and best score are cached locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear app storage/data without being signed in, this locally stored data may be permanently lost. If you are signed in, your progress can be restored from the cloud after signing in again.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information or personal user data. Some advertising-related or technical data may be processed by Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play Billing, or related Google services according to their own policies and SDK behavior.

8. Children's Privacy

DeliveryDash is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe any information has been collected improperly, please contact us and we will review the issue.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to maintain app stability and protect stored information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

10. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your DeliveryDash account and associated data at any time, without needing to uninstall the app, by emailing support@banglapixel.xyz with the subject "Delete My DeliveryDash Account" from the email address linked to your Google Sign-In.

Once verified, we will delete the following data associated with your account within 30 days:

• Your profile (display name, photo, email address, user ID)
• Leaderboard, referral, and mission progress data
• Any other Firestore records tied to your account

Some information may be retained beyond this period where required by law or legitimate business purposes, such as purchase records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, and non-identifying aggregated analytics that cannot be tied back to you.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as new features or services are introduced. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
